- Previous janitorial or maintenance experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work night shifts
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of health and safety standards

- Previous experience in janitorial services or facilities maintenance
- Proven leadership or team lead experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Basic equipment maintenance skills
Job Duties
- Assist the site manager to ensure the scope of work is met
- Supervise the quality of work produced during your shift
- Effectively communicate work assignments and expectations to team members
- Assist the site manager in implementing work standards for team members in accordance with company policies and practices
- Monitor, measure, and report shift performance to the site manager
- Keep stock of inventory in supply closets and storage sheds, informing the site manager when supplies need to be ordered
- Follow guidelines for proper maintenance of all cleaning equipment
- Run the floor machine as needed
- Ensure that health and safety rules and regulations are adhered to during the shift
- Train new employees
