Job Duties
- wash dishes, utensils, and kitchenware by hand or machine
- polish silverware, platters, and chafing dishes
- assist with setting up and breaking buffets
- clean kitchen areas including coolers, freezers, and storerooms
- collect and dispose of trash and replace garbage bags
- maintain cleanliness of stainless steel surfaces and equipment
- complete weekly kitchen cleaning and maintenance tasks
