Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent experience
- Ability to operate personal computer, cash register and calculator
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to compile facts and figures
- Knowledge of telephone and guest relations etiquette
- Moderate hearing ability
- Excellent vision
- Prolonged standing and mobility to cover hotel areas
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to follow sanitation and safety standards
Job Qualifications

- Excellent comprehension and literacy for reading reports and numbers
Job Duties
- Perform nightly audit functions, including balancing, reconciling, and reporting on all hotel revenue centers to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Review, post, and adjust guest accounts, resolving discrepancies and finalizing audit reports
- Complete end-of-day processes, balancing bank ticket codes and running the night audit
- Prepare daily financial and statistical reports summarizing hotel performance
- Provide front desk support during overnight hours, including guest check-in, check-out, reservations, and telephone operations
- Deliver prompt, professional, and courteous guest service, responding to requests and resolving concerns
- Conduct routine property patrols to ensure safety and security, and report any safety or maintenance issues
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public and back-of-house areas
- Prepare, set up, and service early morning MEPS “Shippers” breakfast including cleanup and reset
- Support housekeeping by stripping designated checkout rooms
- Follow sanitation and food safety standards
- Assist guests with luggage and engage proactively with guests in public areas
- Demonstrate professionalism and sound judgment, respond effectively to emergencies
- Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure smooth operations
- Take initiative to resolve guest concerns and exceed service expectations
- Perform additional duties as assigned
