Job Requirements
- Less than high school education
- or up to one-month related experience or training
- or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to read and interpret documents in English
- ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
- ability to perform regular walking, standing, reaching, bending, kneeling
- ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
- ability to communicate clearly
- willingness to work 4pm to 10pm Monday-Friday
- exposure to cleaning chemicals and equipment

Job Duties
- Clean and polish lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim
- maintain cleanliness of rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other public areas
- sweep floors and spot sweep carpets throughout the day
- clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies as needed
- dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- polish metalwork and clean soiled areas of walls, woodwork, and doors
- wash windows, door panels, and sills
- empty wastebaskets and ashtrays
- transport trash and waste to designated disposal areas
