- Three plus years of related experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through

- Availability to work third shift hours

- Previous experience in grocery or retail management preferred
Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service at all times
- Handle and merchandise all products according to company policy
- Display and express thorough knowledge of all products to customers
- Maintain a neat, clean and organized workstation according to 5S standards
- Oversee the entire third shift store operation
- Manage shelf conditions, stock levels, product leveling and blocking
- Schedule and supervise all night crew associates
- Manage front end and office operations including check approvals and nightly resets
- Assist with ordering merchandise and supplies
- Store excess product in designated areas
- Maintain merchandising standards including shelf allocation and sale items
- Assist with hiring, training and development of night crew associates
- Discipline night crew associates as per company policy
- Oversee refrigeration and security procedures during third shift
- Unload warehouse and DSD merchandise deliveries
- Evaluate performance and progress of store associates
- Ensure productivity measures and tasks of third shift grocery crew are met
- Implement and maintain sanitation and pricing procedures
- Protect company inventory and assets
- Control shrink through adherence to policies
- Perform related duties as assigned and adhere to all company policies and procedures
