Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum four years of department management experience in the hotel industry
- Proven ability to manage and lead multiple departments independently
- Strong knowledge of hospitality regulations and employment laws
- Experience with cash handling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of rooms division operations and applicable laws
- Prior cash handling experience

- College-level reasoning, math, and language skills
Job Duties
- Oversee hotel operations during the night shift
- Ensure guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
- Monitor hotel security and safety protocols
- Manage cash handling and financial transactions
- Lead and support team members across different departments
- Coordinate with other managers and staff to resolve operational issues
- Maintain compliance with employment and hospitality laws
