- College degree preferred in hospitality or similar field
- Minimum two years luxury hotel experience
- Cultural sensitivity to Hawai'i and its workforce
- Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
- Legal work authorization in the United States

Job Duties
- Resolves guest concerns and interacts with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
- Frequently tours the hotel and monitors activities of all other departments to assure that standards are being met, staff is being supported and guest needs are fulfilled
- Reviews late arrivals, next day early arrivals and departures to plan for the next day's activities, in addition to facilitating billing requirements
- Audits room blocks and address any discrepancies
- Prepares proper handling of special attention guests, return guest, groups, etc
- Responds properly in any resort emergency or safety situation
- Works harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors
