Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Ability to work PM shift and flexible schedules
  • Regular attendance according to established guidelines
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • Focus and maintain attention to tasks despite frequent interruptions
  • Maintain staff and guest confidentiality at all times

  • Knowledge of OnQ system and Simphony POS system preferred

Job Duties

  • Complete a nightly MOD checklist and send copies to the General Manager, Engineer, Housekeeping and F&B teams
  • Manage guest resolution process including investigation and creative problem solving to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Handle emergencies in the hotel with authority to contact all providers and ensure proper handling and reporting
  • Assist any department that is short staffed or needs additional help
  • Have complete understanding of Front Office staff's job descriptions and duties and perform duties as needed
  • Accurately manage and operate the OnQ system at the front office including all daily transactions and Night Audit
  • Have knowledge of Food and Beverage operations and assist in the restaurant as needed
  • Have knowledge and understanding of the Simphony POS system
