Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven customer service experience
- Ability to work PM shift and flexible schedules
- Regular attendance according to established guidelines
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Focus and maintain attention to tasks despite frequent interruptions
- Maintain staff and guest confidentiality at all times
Job Qualifications

- Proven customer service and problem-solving experience
- Ability to maintain excellent relationships with staff and guests
- Knowledge of OnQ system and Simphony POS system preferred
- Ability to handle emergencies effectively

Job Duties
- Complete a nightly MOD checklist and send copies to the General Manager, Engineer, Housekeeping and F&B teams
- Manage guest resolution process including investigation and creative problem solving to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle emergencies in the hotel with authority to contact all providers and ensure proper handling and reporting
- Assist any department that is short staffed or needs additional help
- Have complete understanding of Front Office staff's job descriptions and duties and perform duties as needed
- Accurately manage and operate the OnQ system at the front office including all daily transactions and Night Audit
- Have knowledge of Food and Beverage operations and assist in the restaurant as needed
- Have knowledge and understanding of the Simphony POS system
