Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in front office or other hotel department
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Experience with OnQ system is highly preferred

Job Duties
- Assist guests with registration, check-in, and departure procedures
- Complete Front Office procedures for group arrivals and communicate with other hotel departments
- Perform Night Audit reports and functions
- Manage multiple computer systems effectively
- Work overnight shifts from 11pm to 7am, including weekends
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Train and coach new hires and team members
