- ability to work third shift overnight hours
- attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning
- willingness to learn and follow health and safety standards
- ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting
- reliable transportation to and from work
- good communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties
- clean restaurant floors and surfaces nightly
- maintain and sanitize kitchen equipment and utensils
- ensure all areas including front porch are clean and well-kept
- follow all safety and cleanliness standards and protocols
- prepare the store environment for the next day’s operations
- report any maintenance or repair needs to management
- support the overall team to maintain high standards behind the scenes
