Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize floors throughout the restaurant and retail areas
- Maintain spotless kitchen equipment and workspaces
- Follow established safety and cleanliness standards
- Perform routine maintenance tasks during the overnight shift
- Prepare the restaurant for the following day by ensuring all areas are tidy and organized
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate cleaning and maintenance efforts
- Assist with inventory control and restocking as needed
