Job Duties
- Clean floors throughout the restaurant
- Ensure kitchen and dining equipment are spotless and well-maintained
- Follow all safety and cleanliness protocols
- Prepare the restaurant for the next day’s operations
- Maintain cleanliness of front porch and exterior areas
- Perform quiet and focused tasks during overnight shifts
- Report any maintenance issues promptly
