Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous custodial or maintenance experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic understanding of safety and sanitation protocols
- Good physical stamina for cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
Job Duties
- Clean floors throughout the store including kitchen and dining areas
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and ensure all appliances are spotless
- Follow safety and cleanliness standards consistently
- Complete assigned cleaning and maintenance tasks during the overnight shift
- Support store readiness for daily operations
- Handle cleaning supplies and equipment properly
- Report any maintenance issues to management
