Job Duties

  • oversee day-to-day operations
  • design strategy and set goals
  • set policies and systems/processes
  • ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
  • prepare regular reports
  • coaching
  • run shifts and staff according to position
  • evaluate staff
  • follow food safety goals and regulations
  • use existing data and reports to provide solutions to issues and track results
  • use computers and iPads
  • be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, and food prep
  • maintain personal knowledge by completing ongoing in-house training and stay up to date on changes
  • make sure all opening or closing tasks as assigned and completed
