Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred

- Basic computer skills including use of iPads and reporting tools
Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Design strategy and set goals
- Set policies and systems/processes
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
- Prepare regular reports
- Coach staff
- Run shifts and staff according to position
- Evaluate staff
- Follow food safety goals and regulations
- Use existing data and reports to provide solutions to issues and track results
- Use computers and iPads
- Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations including fries, breading, assembling, and food prep
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing ongoing in-house training and stay up to date on changes
- Make sure all opening or closing tasks as assigned and completed
