Job Duties
- Clean and maintain floor mats with degreaser
- Ensure drains are properly cleaned and maintained
- Wash, degrease and scrub all floors
- Clean all exhaust hoods and removable vents
- Keep all stoves, oven, salamanders, grills, and fryers clean
- Thoroughly wash, sanitize, and polish all stainless-steel equipment and countertops, including legs and the inside/outside of shelves
