Job Duties
- Clean and maintain floor mats with degreaser
- ensure drains are properly cleaned and maintained
- wash, degrease and scrub all floors
- clean all exhaust hoods and removable vents
- keep all stoves, oven, salamanders, grills, and fryers clean
- thoroughly wash, sanitize, and polish all stainless-steel equipment and countertops, including legs and the inside/outside of shelves
