- serv safe certification
- previous cleaning experience
- ability to work overnight shifts from 9p-7am including weekdays, weekends and holidays
- attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Duties
- clean and maintain floor mats with degreaser
- ensure drains are properly cleaned and maintained
- wash, degrease and scrub all floors
- clean all exhaust hoods and removable vents
- keep all stoves, oven, salamanders, grills and fryers clean
- thoroughly wash, sanitize and polish all stainless-steel equipment and countertops, including legs and the inside/outside of shelves
