- previous cleaning experience
- ability to work late night shifts from 9 pm to 7 am
- flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- clean and maintain floor mats with degreaser
- ensure drains are properly cleaned and maintained
- wash, degrease and scrub all floors
- clean all exhaust hoods and removable vents
- keep all stoves, ovens, salamanders, grills, and fryers clean
- thoroughly wash, sanitize, and polish all stainless-steel equipment and countertops, including legs and the inside/outside of shelves
