Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work overnight shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Strong commitment to guest service and hospitality
- Ability to follow company guidelines and procedures
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
- Basic proficiency in handling cash and managing transactions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or laundry services is advantageous
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Ability to work overnight shifts effectively
- Basic computer skills for processing reservations and payments
- Understanding of safety and security procedures in hospitality
Job Duties
- Demonstrates and promotes a 100% commitment to providing the best possible experience for our guests and associates
- Assists guests overnight, checking in and checking guests out, and collecting payment in accordance with company guidelines and procedures
- Processes all laundry in compliance with company standards including treating for stains, washing, drying and folding linens, terry, blankets, coverlets and shower curtains
- Process all dishware in compliance with company standards including washing, drying and packaging
- Stocks all housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry rooms with appropriate products to ensure that PAR levels are maintained throughout the entire building, in compliance with brand standards
- Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures in accordance with company guidelines and procedures
- Sets up and maintains the grab and go breakfast in accordance with brand standards
- Conducts periodic daily tours of the property to inspect for cleanliness, collect trash and identify maintenance needs
- Complies with all company policies and procedures including by promptly reporting safety and security issues, cash handling and key control
- Assists with cleaning of any hotel areas as assigned by the manager such as front desk, associate breakroom, guest laundry, fitness room, vending areas, stairwells and common areas
- Maintains overall hotel cleanliness
- Performs any other duties as requested by management
