Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous overnight hospitality or laundry experience preferred
- ability to work overnight shifts from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am
- reliable and punctual
- strong commitment to guest service
- ability to handle cash and maintain key control
- physical ability to lift and carry laundry and cleaning supplies
- good communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team

- basic computer skills for processing reservations and payments
Job Duties
- Demonstrates and promotes a 100 percent commitment to providing the best possible experience for guests and associates
- assists guests overnight by checking in and checking out and collecting payments in accordance with company guidelines
- processes all laundry including treating stains, washing, drying, and folding linens, terry, blankets, coverlets, and shower curtains
- processes all dishware including washing, drying, and packaging
- stocks housekeeping carts, cart rooms, and laundry rooms to maintain appropriate product levels
- processes reservations, registrations, payments, and departures according to company procedures
- sets up and maintains the grab-and-go breakfast area
- conducts periodic daily tours of the property to inspect for cleanliness and maintenance
- complies with all company policies including safety, security, cash handling, and key control
- assists with cleaning various hotel areas as assigned, including front desk, associate breakroom, guest laundry, fitness room, vending areas, stairwells, and common areas
- maintains overall hotel cleanliness
- performs any other duties as assigned by management
