Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous overnight hospitality or laundry experience preferred
ability to work overnight shifts from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am
reliable and punctual
strong commitment to guest service
ability to handle cash and maintain key control
physical ability to lift and carry laundry and cleaning supplies
good communication skills
ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in hospitality or laundry service preferred
excellent customer service and communication skills
ability to handle cash and process payments accurately
knowledge of laundry equipment and stain treatment
ability to follow company guidelines and safety procedures
detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
ability to work overnight shifts
basic computer skills for processing reservations and payments

Job Duties

Demonstrates and promotes a 100 percent commitment to providing the best possible experience for guests and associates
assists guests overnight by checking in and checking out and collecting payments in accordance with company guidelines
processes all laundry including treating stains, washing, drying, and folding linens, terry, blankets, coverlets, and shower curtains
processes all dishware including washing, drying, and packaging
stocks housekeeping carts, cart rooms, and laundry rooms to maintain appropriate product levels
processes reservations, registrations, payments, and departures according to company procedures
sets up and maintains the grab-and-go breakfast area
conducts periodic daily tours of the property to inspect for cleanliness and maintenance
complies with all company policies including safety, security, cash handling, and key control
assists with cleaning various hotel areas as assigned, including front desk, associate breakroom, guest laundry, fitness room, vending areas, stairwells, and common areas
maintains overall hotel cleanliness
performs any other duties as assigned by management
