Job Requirements
- Understand and communicate in English proficiently to interact with guests and associates
- Operate the property management system technology
- Understand and follow documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Complete routine reports and correspondence
- Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Apply good judgment at all times
- Manage problems and solve guest-related issues
- Regularly remain stationary, navigate the hotel, handle, reach, and detect objects, tools, and controls
- Frequently bend and position self to access low areas
- Frequently lift and/or move laundry and dishes up to 25 pounds
- Occasionally push/pull carts weighing up to 50 pounds
- Occasionally traverse heights and maintain stability
- Frequently work in outside weather conditions depending on hotel
- Occasionally work in wet, humid conditions, near moving mechanical parts, in the presence of fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and risk of electrical shock
- Work environment typically at moderate to loud noise levels
- Ability to travel to assist additional locations within a reasonable geography
- High School Diploma or GED
- One to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Ability to operate property management system technology
- Effective communication skills in English
- Ability to complete routine reports and correspondence
- Good judgment and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow safety rules and procedure manuals
Job Duties
- Demonstrates and promotes a 100% commitment to providing the best possible experience for guests and associates
- Assists guests overnight including checking in, checking out, and collecting payment in accordance with company guidelines
- Processes all laundry including treating stains, washing, drying, and folding linens, terry, blankets, coverlets, and shower curtains
- Processes all dishware including washing, drying, and packaging
- Stocks housekeeping carts, cart rooms, and laundry rooms with appropriate products to maintain PAR levels
- Processes reservations, registrations, payments, and departures
- Sets up and maintains the grab and go breakfast area
- Conducts periodic property tours to inspect cleanliness, collect trash, and ensure maintenance compliance
- Complies with safety and security policies, cash handling, and key control
- Assists with cleaning various hotel areas as assigned
- Maintains overall hotel cleanliness
- Performs other duties as requested by management
