Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work overnight shifts from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am
- ability to lift and handle laundry and cleaning supplies
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to follow company procedures and safety guidelines
- experience in handling cash transactions
- attention to detail
- ability to perform physical tasks including walking and standing for extended periods
- willingness to assist with general hotel cleaning duties
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in hospitality or laundry services is advantageous
- strong communication skills
- ability to multitask effectively during overnight shifts

Job Duties
- Demonstrates and promotes a 100 percent commitment to providing the best possible experience for guests and associates
- assists guests overnight by checking in and checking out and collecting payment according to company guidelines
- processes all laundry including treating stains, washing, drying, and folding linens, terry, blankets, coverlets, and shower curtains
- processes all dishware by washing, drying, and packaging in compliance with company standards
- stocks all housekeeping carts, cart rooms, and laundry rooms with appropriate products to maintain PAR levels
- processes reservations, registrations, payments, and departures in accordance with company guidelines
- sets up and maintains the grab and go breakfast as per brand standards
- conducts daily property tours inspecting cleanliness, collecting trash, and monitoring maintenance
- complies with company policies including reporting safety and security issues, cash handling, and key control
- assists with cleaning hotel areas as assigned including front desk, associate breakroom, guest laundry, fitness room, vending areas, stairwells, and common areas
- maintains overall hotel cleanliness
- performs any other duties as assigned by management
