Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year customer service experience
- ability to work overnight shifts independently
- physical ability to kneel, squat, stand, sit, bend, and twist for extended periods
- ability to lift, push, and pull up to 20lbs regularly and up to 50lbs occasionally
- excellent communication skills
- proficiency with computers
- strong organizational skills
- problem-solving mindset

Job Duties
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety and security
- assist with checking in and checking out guests during after-hours
- complete all laundry responsibilities including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens
- perform cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing public areas
- ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and distributed
- perform room preps for rooms not cleared during day shift
- follow property emergency procedures and maintain security
- perform other duties as assigned
