Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum one year customer service experience
  • ability to work overnight shifts independently
  • physical ability to perform tasks involving kneeling squatting standing sitting bending and twisting
  • ability to lift push and pull up to 20lbs regularly occasionally up to 50lbs
  • strong communication skills
  • proficiency with computer use for basic hotel operations

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of one year in customer service
  • hotel operations experience preferred
  • proficient computer skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong organizational time management and problem-solving skills
  • proactive in solving problems

Job Duties

  • conduct property inspections to ensure safety and security
  • assist with after-hours guest check-ins and check-outs providing excellent customer service
  • complete laundry duties including washing drying folding and organizing linens and towels
  • perform cleaning and maintenance tasks such as vacuuming dusting sanitizing and restocking supplies
  • prepare rooms for occupancy when housekeeping is unavailable
  • follow property emergency procedures maintaining security needs
  • perform other duties as assigned
