Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year customer service experience
- ability to work overnight shifts independently
- physical ability to perform tasks involving kneeling squatting standing sitting bending and twisting
- ability to lift push and pull up to 20lbs regularly occasionally up to 50lbs
- strong communication skills
- proficiency with computer use for basic hotel operations
Job Qualifications
- minimum of one year in customer service

Job Duties
- conduct property inspections to ensure safety and security
- assist with after-hours guest check-ins and check-outs providing excellent customer service
- complete laundry duties including washing drying folding and organizing linens and towels
- perform cleaning and maintenance tasks such as vacuuming dusting sanitizing and restocking supplies
- prepare rooms for occupancy when housekeeping is unavailable
- follow property emergency procedures maintaining security needs
- perform other duties as assigned
