Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in customer service
- Ability to perform physical tasks including kneeling squatting standing sitting bending and twisting for long periods
- Ability to lift push pull up to 20lbs regularly occasionally up to 50lbs
- Must be available to work overnight shifts
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills

Job Duties
- Conduct regular physical inspections of the property throughout the night ensuring safety and security
- Assist with checking in and checking out guests during after-hours providing excellent customer service and addressing guest needs or concerns
- Complete all laundry responsibilities including washing drying folding and organizing linens and towels maintaining a clean and organized laundry area
- Perform cleaning tasks such as vacuuming dusting and sanitizing public areas ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and distributed perform room preps for rooms housekeeping unable to clear during day shift
- Know and follow property emergency procedures and ensure security needs of the property and guests are met
- Perform other duties as assigned
