Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of experience in customer service preferably in hospitality
- Ability to work overnight shifts independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform tasks involving kneeling squatting standing sitting bending and twisting for long periods
- Ability to lift push pull up to 20lbs regularly occasionally up to 50lbs
- Basic computer proficiency

- Hotel operations experience preferred

Job Duties
- Conduct regular physical inspections of the property throughout the night ensuring safety and security
- Assist with checking in and checking out guests during after-hours providing excellent customer service and addressing guest needs or concerns
- Complete all laundry responsibilities including washing drying folding and organizing linens and towels maintain a clean and organized laundry area
- Perform cleaning tasks such as vacuuming dusting and sanitizing public areas ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and distributed across the property perform room preps for rooms not cleared during day shift
- Know and follow property emergency procedures ensure the security needs of the property and guests are met
- Perform other duties as assigned
