Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of customer service experience
- Ability to work overnight shifts independently
- Physical ability to perform kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending, and twisting for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift, push, and pull weights up to 20 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Reliable and responsible work ethic
- Basic computer proficiency

Job Duties
- Conduct regular property inspections ensuring safety and security
- Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs during after-hours providing excellent customer service
- Complete laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens
- Perform cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing public areas
- Prepare rooms not cleared during the day shift
- Follow property emergency procedures and ensure security needs are met
- Perform other duties as assigned
