Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year in customer service
- Ability to work overnight shifts independently
- Physical ability to perform tasks involving kneeling squatting standing sitting bending and twisting for long periods of time
- Ability to lift push pull up to 20lbs regularly occasionally up to 50lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency

Job Duties
- Conduct regular physical inspections of the property throughout the night ensuring safety and security
- Assist with checking in and checking out guests during after-hours providing excellent customer service and addressing any guest needs or concerns
- Complete all laundry responsibilities including washing drying folding and organizing linens and towels maintaining a clean and organized laundry area
- Perform cleaning tasks as needed such as vacuuming dusting and sanitizing public areas ensuring cleaning supplies are stocked and distributed across the property
- Perform room preps for any rooms that housekeeping was unable to clear during day shift
- Know and follow property emergency procedures and ensure the security needs of the property and guests are met
- Perform other duties as assigned
