Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of one year customer service experience preferred
- ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- physical ability to perform tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending, and twisting for long periods
- ability to lift, push, or pull up to 20 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- reliable and punctual
- strong communication skills
- willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
- ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year in customer service
- hotel operations experience preferred

Job Duties
- Conduct regular physical inspections of the property throughout the night, ensuring safety and security
- assist with checking in and checking out guests during after-hours, providing excellent customer service and addressing any guest needs or concerns
- complete all laundry responsibilities including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels
- maintain a clean and organized laundry area
- perform cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing public areas
- ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and distributed across the property
- perform room preps for rooms not cleared by housekeeping during the day shift
- follow property emergency procedures and ensure security needs are met
- other duties as assigned
