Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year customer service experience
- Ability to work overnight shifts independently
- Good communication skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks including kneeling squatting standing sitting bending twisting for long periods
- Ability to lift push pull up to 20 lbs regularly occasionally up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to comply with company policies including drug-free workplace
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year in customer service
- Hotel operations experience preferred
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational time management and problem-solving skills
- Proactive in solving problems
Job Duties
- Conduct regular physical inspections of the property throughout the night ensuring safety and security
- Assist with checking in and checking out guests during after-hours providing excellent customer service and addressing any guest needs or concerns
- Complete all laundry responsibilities including washing drying folding and organizing linens and towels maintaining a clean and organized laundry area
- Perform cleaning tasks such as vacuuming dusting and sanitizing public areas ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and distributed perform room preps for rooms that housekeeping was unable to clear during day shift
- Know and follow property emergency procedures and ensure the security needs of the property and guests are met
- Perform other duties as assigned
