Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year of customer service experience
- ability to work independently during overnight hours
- physical ability to perform tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending, twisting for long periods
- ability to lift, push, pull up to 20lbs regularly and up to 50lbs occasionally
- effective communication skills
- basic computer proficiency

- Minimum of one year in customer service

Job Duties
- Conduct regular physical inspections of the property to ensure safety and security
- assist with guest check-in and check-out during after-hours providing excellent customer service
- complete all laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels
- perform cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing public areas
- maintain cleaning supplies and distribute them across the property
- prepare rooms that were not cleared during the day shift
- follow property emergency procedures and ensure security needs are met
- perform other duties as assigned
