Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- no prior experience required
- ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to bend, stoop, twist, and turn frequently
- capability to work flexible hours including nights, holidays, and weekends
- adherence to food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Operate all bakery machinery required for donut production
- mix cake and yeast donut dough according to specified formulas
- sheet, cut, and proof donuts
- follow sanitary and food safety policies to prevent contamination
- check weight and size of raw donuts to ensure quality
- write and adhere to production guides
- work independently and collaboratively with team members
