Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- no prior experience required
- ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently
- ability to follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Operate all machinery
- mix cake donut and yeast donut mixes
- sheet the dough
- cut and proof donuts
- conduct quality control
- follow safe and sanitary food handling policies
- read and understand mix formulas
- use digital and balance scales
- write and follow a donut production guide
- check weight and size of raw donuts
- work independently and with others
- clean work areas and equipment
- assist in donut frying and finishing as needed
