- possess some knowledge of cleaning procedures and cleaning agents
- valid driver's license
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to climb ladders
- availability to work overtime if required

Job Duties
- cleaning all assigned areas including bathrooms offices classrooms auditoriums gymnasiums and dormitories
- vacuuming sweeping mopping and dusting
- climbing ladders to clean windows
- lifting and moving up to 50 pounds
- collecting and disposing of garbage and recyclables
- sweeping mopping stripping and buffing hardwood floors
- reporting faulty building functions such as lights doors locks and bathroom fixtures
- assisting snow removal department when needed
- working overtime as required
- performing any other duties as assigned
