Job Requirements

  • 18 years or older
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Responsible for achieving the number of cases per hour targets set up as market standards
  • Checks refrigeration hourly after closing person leaves
  • Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the receiving area and back room
  • Organizes overhead and inventory control according to the market standards
  • Maintains market cleanliness including floors, restrooms, parking lot, and market perimeter
  • Keeps up on industry trends, standards, and changes
  • Supports and follows all company and department policies
  • Supports and follows sustainability programs
  • Supports and follows all safety and security policies
  • Demonstrates attitude of service to co-workers and customers
  • Operates within the Company's Core Values and Company Brand
