Job Requirements

  • two years of prior cooking experience
  • ability to work full time including some weekends and holidays
  • capability to follow detailed instructions and recipes
  • physical ability to perform kitchen duties
  • availability to work the specified night shift schedule
  • compliance with food safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • minimum two years of prior cooking experience
  • ability to follow standardized recipes and food safety guidelines
  • strong attention to detail and quality
  • ability to work full-time schedule including some weekends and holidays
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to operate and maintain kitchen equipment
  • basic record-keeping and inventory management skills

Job Duties

  • prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions
  • serves meals and prepares for delivery using correct portioning and maintaining food temperature
  • uses established ticket collection procedures and maintains records
  • cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining cleanliness standards
  • stores or discards excess food following safe food-handling procedures
  • keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and ensures proper storage of food and supplies
  • operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed
  • assists in production planning, record keeping, and reporting
  • assists in ordering and receiving food and supplies
  • reports maintenance needs, faulty equipment, or accidents
  • performs other duties as assigned
