Job Requirements

  • must be available to work full-time schedule including weekends and holidays
  • ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods

  • ability to work in fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • ability to follow standardized recipes and food safety procedures
  • strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • good communication skills
  • willingness to work varied hours including weekends and holidays
  • basic knowledge of kitchen equipment operation

Job Duties

  • Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions
  • serves meals and prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and meeting outlined standards
  • ensures food is at the correct temperature and arranged nicely
  • uses established ticket collection procedures during service and maintains records
  • cleans kitchen after preparation and serving and maintains high cleanliness standards
  • stores or discards excess food according to safe food-handling procedures
  • keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and ensures proper food storage
  • operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed
  • assists in production planning, record keeping and reporting
  • assists in ordering and receiving food and supplies
  • reports maintenance needs or faulty equipment to supervisor
  • performs other duties as assigned
