Job Duties

Maintain a clean and organized environment
Review daily status alerts
Deliver resident mail or community correspondence as needed
Perform a variety of evening tasks related to preparing the building for night time
Perform rounds and tasks to maintain a secure environment for residents and staff
Maintain a clean community and atmosphere through tasks like replacing light bulbs, tidying common areas, and dusting
Maintain a clean exterior by picking up litter, cleaning sidewalks and parking lots, and removing cobwebs
Review video footage throughout the night
Perform morning tasks to prepare the community for residents
Open and close gates at scheduled times
Perform other duties as assigned
