Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- commitment to maintaining a positive and friendly attitude
- physically able to handle merchandise and stand for extended periods
- reliable and punctual
- willingness to learn and develop new skills
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members

Job Duties
- build rapport with customers
- display a friendly and outgoing attitude through good eye contact and body language
- help customers with any questions they may have, directing them to another team member if necessary
- stock product and maintain displays according to merchandising standards
- utilize technology to complete activities and tasks
- collaborate with team members and managers on additional tasks as needed
- work across various departments including Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal and Floral
