Job Requirements
- Must be able to work overnight shifts (11pm to 7:30am)
- At least one year of experience in guest services
- Valid driver's license
- Basic knowledge of service standards and etiquette
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to transport up to 50 pounds
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and respond to guest requests
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Schedule flexibility
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of guest services experience, preferably in a luxury environment
- Valid driver's license with the ability to drive standard and automatic vehicles
- Basic knowledge of service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
- Ability to read, write, and speak English sufficiently to understand and communicate with guests
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and respond to guest requests quickly
- Physical ability to transport up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Work overnight shifts (11pm to 7:30am)
- Secure luggage from incoming guests upon check-in
- Obtain room key and escort guest to room
- Place luggage in respective areas in guestroom such as luggage rack or closet
- Assist departing guests with luggage transport from guestroom to front entrance
- Familiarize guests with room amenities including temperature control unit, remote-controlled television, minibar
- Inform guests of hotel facilities including hours of operation for restaurants, lounges, Health Club & Spa, and Gift Shop
- Respond promptly and professionally to all guest requests for service
- Store and retrieve luggage from bell closet while regularly logging activity
- Deliver messages and mail to in-house guests in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate log of pressing, shoe shines, and other requests
- Deliver miscellaneous items like flowers, packages, brochures, newspapers to guestrooms, banquet rooms, or hotel offices
- Assist Front Desk with quick and efficient service
- Provide guests with directions and other needed information
