Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods overnight
  • maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with food safety standards
  • ensure all products meet quality standards for taste, appearance, and consistency
  • manage inventory and ingredient stock levels for overnight production
  • operate and maintain baking equipment safely
  • help with packaging and finalizing items for the day's commitments
  • collaborate with other team members to maintain efficient bakery operations
