Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree
- one year customer service experience
- one year front desk experience or cash handling and/or bookkeeping experience
- fluency in English language
- ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
- ability to compute rate, ratio and percent
- ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
- proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software
- audit and account balancing skills
- ability to work overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
- available for full-time overnight shift
- able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- able to frequently stand, walk, use hands and communicate effectively
- capable of adapting to moderate noise levels and office environment conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree
- one year customer service experience
- one year front desk experience or cash handling and/or bookkeeping experience
- fluency in English language
- effective interpersonal and communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and accounting software
- ability to write clear correspondence
- knowledge of basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentage calculations
- ability to present information effectively in small group settings
Job Duties
- Submit and verify credit card charge transactions
- audit cashier reports to verify balances
- post data and balance accounts
- compile collection, disbursement and bank reconciliation reports
- perform other duties as assigned
- manage difficult or emotional customer situations
- respond promptly to customer needs
