Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree
  • one year customer service experience
  • one year front desk experience or cash handling and/or bookkeeping experience
  • fluency in English language
  • ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
  • ability to compute rate, ratio and percent
  • ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
  • proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software
  • audit and account balancing skills
  • ability to work overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
  • available for full-time overnight shift
  • able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
  • able to frequently stand, walk, use hands and communicate effectively
  • capable of adapting to moderate noise levels and office environment conditions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree
  • one year customer service experience
  • one year front desk experience or cash handling and/or bookkeeping experience
  • fluency in English language
  • effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and accounting software
  • ability to write clear correspondence
  • knowledge of basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentage calculations
  • ability to present information effectively in small group settings

Job Duties

  • Submit and verify credit card charge transactions
  • audit cashier reports to verify balances
  • post data and balance accounts
  • compile collection, disbursement and bank reconciliation reports
  • perform other duties as assigned
  • manage difficult or emotional customer situations
  • respond promptly to customer needs
