Job Requirements

Eligible to work in the United States
ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without reasonable accommodations
availability to work weekends, Saturday and Sunday from 10pm to 7am including holidays if needed
professional demeanor reflecting company culture

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
one year of hotel experience preferred
previous night audit experience
strong organizational skills
effective communication skills in English
ability to work independently in a quiet overnight environment
trustworthy and detail-oriented

Job Duties

Manage overnight front desk operations
audit guest accounts and reconcile daily financial transactions
prepare and process night audit reports
assist guests with late check-ins and checkouts
report to Front Office Manager or Director of Finance/Controller
ensure accuracy of hotel’s financial records during overnight hours
support overall front desk and hotel operations during overnight shift
