Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3 months of hotel front desk or night audit experience
  • Experience using Opera Property Management System preferred
  • Ability to work overnight shifts independently
  • Strong multitasking and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Accurately balance and audit all hotel revenue and transactions from the day using the Opera Property Management System following established standards and procedures
  • Work independently with little supervision and communicate any significant issues or guest concerns within the Front Office team
  • Prepare, compile, and distribute daily financial and operational reports including occupancy, revenue, arrivals, and departures for hotel leadership review
  • Provide late-night front office operations support including check-ins, check-outs, and responding to guest needs or emergencies
  • Assist with the Lost and Found program and returning items as directed
  • Ensure integrity and accuracy of guest accounts by correcting discrepancies and processing adjustments in partnership with Front Office Management and Finance
  • Monitor lobby and front desk areas to maintain a safe and secure environment during overnight hours and escalate issues to the Overnight Manager on Duty
  • Participate in Environmental, Health and Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policies and procedures
