Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- customer service experience required preferably in hotel or related field
- must have high school diploma or equivalent
- must be able to work various shifts per week
- ability to work hours from 11PM to 7AM with varied shift schedule
- accounting background preferred
- attention to detail
- ability to compile facts and figures
- ability to communicate effectively and courteously over the phone and in person
- strong command of English language
- ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight minimum of 20 lbs
- occasional lifting of luggage up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferably in a hotel or related field
- high school diploma or equivalent
- accounting background preferred
- attention to detail and ability to compile facts and figures
- effective and courteous communication skills
- strong command of English including speaking, reading, and writing
- ability to operate Briad systems and software
Job Duties
- Work the desk during overnight hours
- demonstrate welcoming hospitality to overnight check-ins
- perform night audit functions
- ensure all aspects of hotel accounting for operations are processed correctly and accurately
- audit, balance, post and report on front desk, rooms, and food and beverage cash and credit operations
- reset all registers to ensure accurate function and optimal operations management
- provide rooms management with performance data
- run the final night audit ensuring revenue balance
- perform other duties as assigned
