Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • customer service experience required preferably in hotel or related field
  • must have high school diploma or equivalent
  • must be able to work various shifts per week
  • ability to work hours from 11PM to 7AM with varied shift schedule
  • accounting background preferred
  • attention to detail
  • ability to compile facts and figures
  • ability to communicate effectively and courteously over the phone and in person
  • strong command of English language
  • ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight minimum of 20 lbs
  • occasional lifting of luggage up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Customer service experience preferably in a hotel or related field
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • accounting background preferred
  • attention to detail and ability to compile facts and figures
  • effective and courteous communication skills
  • strong command of English including speaking, reading, and writing
  • ability to operate Briad systems and software

Job Duties

  • Work the desk during overnight hours
  • demonstrate welcoming hospitality to overnight check-ins
  • perform night audit functions
  • ensure all aspects of hotel accounting for operations are processed correctly and accurately
  • audit, balance, post and report on front desk, rooms, and food and beverage cash and credit operations
  • reset all registers to ensure accurate function and optimal operations management
  • provide rooms management with performance data
  • run the final night audit ensuring revenue balance
  • perform other duties as assigned
