- At least 18 years old
- High school graduate
- Read write and speak English fluently
- Prior computer experience necessary

- Possess basic office skills and phone etiquette
- Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred
Job Duties
- Work the front desk and property management system taking reservations checking guests in and out and handling guest requests
- Responsible for all front desk procedures and policies including direct billing travel agents lost and found updating reports and maintaining a green office
- Be actively involved in sales and marketing efforts
- Handle accounting and cash handling duties
- Attend and participate in all required meetings
- Develop thorough knowledge of room rates locations and types stay up to date on packages and discounts
- Keep in mind the safety and security of guests guests belongings and coworkers
- Maintain proper key control
- Act as concierge as needed
- Inventory front desk supplies replenish as necessary documenting orders
- Communicate effectively with coworkers in all departments
- Work as a team with all staff
