Job Requirements

Must have a professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude
ability to prioritize customer service
excellent communication skills in English
problem-solving skills with minimal guidance
ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
strong attention to detail and organization
proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office
knowledge of accounting systems preferred
ability to switch tasks easily while operating a switchboard or computer keyboard
minimum 1 year of Front Desk or Hospitality Guest Service experience
preferably 1 year of accounting or Night Audit experience

knowledge of accounting systems preferred
1 year of Front Desk or Hospitality Guest Service experience
1 year of accounting or Night Audit experience preferred

Job Duties

Prepare and complete all night audit work
balance day’s financial transactions including movie revenue and telephone postings
generate reports for Food and Beverage audit
maintain accurate record keeping such as log books
complete initial direct bills and submit to Property Accountant
attach folio and banquet check backup to bills
handle and follow through on guest requests during third shift
