Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- Guest service experience preferred
- Computer skills required
- Ability to work flexible and long hours
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and written
- Able to multitask and prioritize
- Maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor
- Able to handle problems proactively
- Attend required meetings and trainings
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance
- Comply with hotel safety and operational standards

- Must work late or overnight shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field preferred
- Guest service experience preferred

Job Duties
- Work with and understand financial information and data and basic arithmetic functions
- Be willing to cross train in other accounting or hotel-related areas
- Prioritize job functions in order to meet deadlines
- Perform guest services functions as required such as check guests in/out, take reservations, and answer calls
- Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports
- Prepare and distribute necessary daily and month-end reports according to hotel standards
- Audit and reconcile all Front Desk and Food & Beverage Cashier's work
- Audit, reconcile, consolidate, and transmit all credit cards on a timely basis
- Ensure accuracy of all reported numbers including statistics
- Input and update financial information into corporate communications network
- Perform regular data processing system functions
- Keep management informed of any unusual operational or financial events
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Respond to governmental inquiries upon receipt
- Handle guest requests
