Job Requirements

  • Prior experience as a night auditor
  • ability to operate various office equipment including computer, phone, copier, and printer
  • ability to compile facts and figures and analyze moderately complex mathematical calculations
  • good written and verbal communication skills
  • maintain warm and friendly demeanor
  • maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
  • exceptional telephone and guest relations etiquette
  • maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • willingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Audit, balance, and report on various hotel areas including food and beverage outlets and rooms/front desk
  • act as Manager-On-Duty during overnight shift handling complaints and responding to emergencies
  • ensure compliance with all management procedures and guidelines
  • handle guest complaints, noise issues, credit problems, guest relocations, and rejection of undesirables
  • respond calmly and effectively to hotel emergencies coordinating with staff
  • perform Front Desk Agent duties including express checkouts when needed
